Sometimes, the TCPBroadcaster repeatedly (every two seconds) logs
"TCPBroadcaster Connected to" messages with info level. There are old
(inactive) entries in the clusterNodes collection, but the code should ignore
those. Maybe it doesn't always work. I guess I will have to test myself.
