attached patch which upgrades Solr index to 5.5.0, I will measure performance
against 1.4 (on Solr 4.7.1), however at a first glance indexing looks much
faster (~5x faster).
Size of _oak-solr-osgi_ is increased to 15.6MB vs 11.3MB in Oak 1.5.1 due to
additional jackson and commons-exec dependencies (and Lucene itself got
slightly bigger).
