As a follow-up of OAK-4107 this is about
* backporting OAK-4107 to 1.4.5
* but additionally, log more details, including
{{serverStatus.getErrorMessage()}} and {{serverStatus.getException()}}
** apply this to both 1.4.5 and 1.5.5
