Feature Requests:
* Currently, +values drop size information. It'd nice to have 2 flags {{size}}
and {{values}} - size could be default "on", values could be default "off"
* There could be some option to skip parsing of entries and just dump text -
parsing/analyzing/etc to be handled by consumer (I don't recall now, but I did
require this at some point... I think when prev_document map was put in)
