DocumentNodeStore currently tracks a new branch in {{UnmergedBranches}} when a
branch commit is persisted. The branch revision created by {{newBranchCommit()}
is already in use before the changes are persisted and the branch should be
tracked as soon as {{newBranchCommit()}} is called.
