[patch|^OAK-4714-v1.patch] for the same. Went for simpler approach which does
not introduce any new config. With this reindexing in sync mode would only be
done for indexes which does not have "async" property defined. It does not
matter if "async" has entries for both "sync" and "async".
With this hybrid index would not be reindexing synchronously
