Currently in {{MigrationOptions}} in upgrade code the mmap option is only
enable if explicitly enabled.
Given it provides much better migration speed it would be better to enable it
by default (at least for non windows platforms) and provide a way to disable it
by option. This would ensure that migration uses most suitable options per
default
