```oak-segment-tar``` builds against ```oak-core``` version 1.5.5, but
specifying a later ```oak.version``` (e.g. 1.5.7) causes the build to fail in
```SegmentDataStoreBlobGCIT.java``` due to a mismatching override of a parent
class in ```oak-core```.
