With OAK-4765 Oak Segment Tar acquired the capability for stopping a running
revision gc task. This is currently exposed via
{{SegmentRevisionGCMBean.stopCompaction}}. I think it would make to expose this
functionality through {{RevisionGCMBean}} and {{RepositoryManagementMBean}}
also/instead.
[~mreutegg], [~alex.parvulescu] WDYT? Could the document node store also
implement this or would we just not support it there?
