While doing this we should look into way to have a common code for
# primary {{SegmentNodeStoreService}} - This one need to expose NodeStore and
support Blob GC, compaction etc
# and {{SegmentNodeStoreFactory}} - This one only needs to expose
NodeStoreProvider and support compaction etc
