In some highly concurrent benchmarks (100 threads or so), the persistent cache
is sometimes blocked, mainly in the (in-memory) cache. This should be resolved.
One problem seems to be fixed in a newer version of the MVStore (the "file
system cache"), and the other cache bottleneck should be solved using a config
option for the segmentCount.
