OAK-5013 introduces an extension mechanism to expose Oak specific observation
filtering features.
Currently the corresponding package is set to version 0.0.0 with the idea to
not dirty the version range unnecessarily before oak 1.6. But before releasing
oak 1.6 this should be set to 1.0.0
