Currently its not possible to disable lease check complete at
DocumentNodeStoreService. System property {{oak.documentMK.disableLeaseCheck}}
only disables some logic in ClusterNodeInfo but lease check wrapper still gets
used.
We should modify the logic also avoid wrapping if this property is enabled
