I think it would be better to discuss this in context of OAK-5082.
Resolving the type hierarchy sounds good to me. NodeType.getSubtypes() does
indeed return the type hierarchy and not just the direct sub types. The latter
would be returned with NodeTyp.getDeclaredSubtypes().
Does the ChangeSet also include mixin types?
