proposed patch. the idea is to greatly reduce the config footprint of the
factory (less duplication), and rely on the SegmentNodeStoreService for the
proper config.
The patch includes a new approach for closing registered resources, an idea
that came up during OAK-5223, I also included the blobStore reference changes
of the same issue.
