oak-webapp example currently uses old 
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.segment.SegmentNodeStoreService}}. This 
should be changed to switch to new 
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.segment.SegmentNodeStoreService}}
