attaching tentative patch. I had to tweak the provided test to log out the
admin session, otherwise the bad node would prevent the anonymous session from
being created.
also, there's a new failing test which looks a bit off to me, someone should
take a look at the checks: {{CugValidatorTest#testChangePrimaryType}}. what
happens now is the commit fails as expected, but the error is no longer
{{e.isAccessControlViolation()}}, so the test fails.
