{{FileStore}} and {{ReadOnlyFileStore}} duplicate the code used to check if a
segment is contained in one of the {{TarReader}} and the code to read a segment
entry from the list of {{TarReader}} instances. This code should be extracted
and reused from both {{FileStore}} and {{ReadOnlyFileStore}}.
