angela resolved OAK-5785.

Resolution: Fixed
additionally to also allow for configurable traversal-failure for those tests
that extend from {{AbstractJcrTest}} from the TCK. since the repository is not
setup for every single test individually introducing per-test-property doesn't
seem to work.
