OAK-5494 allows to disable the path fragment support. Rather than having a
global boolean setting, we should be able to support path fragments only under
specified subtrees. So, let's change the boolean {{supportFragments}} property
with a string list {{pathsSupportingFragments}} in the
{{MountInfoProviderService}}.
