SplitRepositoryEvenly.java: demo code to split a repository into subtrees of
roughly equal size.
This is just a starting point. It's probably easier to split into subtrees of
about 1000 nodes, and then use an additional "supertree" starting at the root
up to the subtrees.
Also, this is not yet an editor, but a just a utility
