{{VersionGarbageCollector}}. Similar functionality in the patch is implemented
in {{VersionGarbageCollector.VersionGCMonitor}}, which is combined with the
{{GCMonitor}} provided in the {{DocumentMK.Builder}} using a
{{DelegatingGCMonitor}} in the {{GCJob}} constructor.)
