[~baedke], as discussed on the phone: all i am asking for a conscious
decision... if in the dynamic case the decision is that it only has an effect
on the user at hand that is currently being synchronized but not on any other
user, i am fine with that. but i want this to be specified and documented.
after all i doubt that _there is nothing to implement_ in this case as i would
argue that the dynamic sync must still not store the non-active principal names
in the corresponding property.
