[~tmueller] as discussed in private i would suggest to move the constant
JACKRABBIT_2_SINGLE_QUOTED_PHRASE from
{{o.a.j.oak.query.ask.FullTextSearchImpl}} to
{{o.a.j.oak.fulltext.FullTextParser}} and make it private as the
{{FullTextParser}} is the only class that is actually using it.
