As a consequence to this issue segment-tar cannot handle inlined binaries of
{{67917316096 = (255 * 255 * 255 + 1) + 4096 = LEVEL_SIZE * LEVEL_SIZE *
LEVEL_SIZE + 1L) * BLOCK_SIZE}} bytes and larger.
