Yes we can drop jmx support for now. Even for reindexing done within running 
Oak app the logs do emit the estimate.

Only pending thing here is logic around estimating count when include/excludes 
are present (see previous few comments). May be we implement estimation for 
simple case and for more complex case (involving various combinations of 
include exclude) we just use the upper bound. wdyt?
