Cherrypicked [~anchela]'s commits on OAK-6318 to a dedicated branch [0] for
this package only. [0]
To summarize, the {{o.a.j.oak.namepath}} needs to be split it 2, interfaces
move to {{oak-core-spi}} under the same package while impls stay in oak-core
but move to a different package to avoid an export clash
{{o.a.j.oak.namepath.impl}}.
