Committed [r1810412|https://svn.apache.org/r1810412] for a quick fix.
[~chetanm], I'm not comfortable with using {{definition.getUniqueId}}. I used
it there because it seems {{IndexRootDirectory#getIndexDir}} doesn't use
{{dirName}} for old format case. Also, it seems CoW doesn't have such a check
while creating suggest directory. I need to wrap my head around "how is
suggestions build with CoW enabled AND index still on old format of local
directory not conflicting with main-data-directory-files".
Not resolving the issue yet as I'd like to discuss this a bit more.
