Currently, active deletion of Lucene binaries happens every 12 hours, and 12
hours after starting the Oak Lucene bundle.
However, it would be better if active deletion can be run manually (using JMX),
and not automatic, (so it doesn't run at the same time as other tasks, and can
be scheduled).
