When force compaction fails it logs a message like

TarMK GC #11: compaction failed to force compact remaining commits after 1.000
min (60016 ms). Compaction was cancelled: Timeout after 1508640269 seconds.
{noformat}
The number of seconds is completely off (it actually the number of seconds
since January 1st 1970).
