[~mduerig], [~stillalex], [~mreutegg] do you know why
_org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.management_ is exported despite the fact that it's
not used outside of {{oak-core}}? Is this a leftover from the refactoring where
pieced of that package where moved out?
Unless there some objection from your side I would suggest to drop the export
in oak-core (and the baseline exception in the parent pom).
