Summary: The error message "postings highlighting failed" should
be warn or debug

Fix For: 1.10
We log an error, saying "postings highlighting failed", but a user seeing that
message is confused because:
* the message doesn't say how severe this is
* the code just continues with a fallback, the error message doesn't say that
* it's unclear on how to resolve the issue
Possibly we should just log a warning, or with debug level. Plus extend the
message saying the fallback was used.
It looks like this was introduced in OAK-4368.
