Description: It would be useful to expose {{writerGroups}} in
{{SegmentNodeStoreStats}} through an OSGi config property. Since this is a low
level configuration related to monitoring, it shouldn't be added to
{{SegmentNodeStoreService}}, but to a newly created service,
{{SegmentNodeStoreMonitorService}} that would handle exposing monitoring
