Post OAK-7610 there was a bit of discussion \[0] regarding the approach taken
there. There was an off list discussion which concluded that CheckpointMBean
should only be registered by a node store if it's a global node store.
Segment store already does this via OAK-4978. We should fix DocumentNodeStore
similarly.
