Oak has a number of modules that depend on external services like AWS, Azure or
MongoDB. To runs DocumentNodeStore tests on MongoDB build jobs have been setup
on travis-ci, but ideally those tests should also run on the Apache build
infrastructure (builds.apache.org). The slave nodes (maybe not all of them)
have docker installed, which could be used to provision MongoDB for the tests.
