I've uploaded [^OAK-7807.patch] that seems to take care of the issue. In my
testing I was seeing some buckets remaining before the changes, and after the
changes in the patch all resources appear to be getting cleaned up.
[~amjain] I would appreciate a quick review if you can. It shouldn't take more
than a few minutes. If you feel okay with the changes I will go ahead and
commit them.
