FWIW, the following needs to be done:
1. run with a classpath that contains JDBC driver, Tomcat JDBC, plus Apache
Juli logging library
2. use JDBC URL instead of mongodb URL
3. Use "--rdbjdbcuser" and "--rdbjdbcpasswd" to provide user name and password
