Unfortunately, the {{RDBBlobStore}} is initialized upon
{{setRDBConnection(...)}} (contrary to the {{RDBDocumentStore}} which does not
get instantiated before {{build()}}.
I'll put in a band-aid, but doing this properly would require some refactoring
of the base class {{DocumentNodeStoreBuilder}}.
