[~stillalex], proposed patch for changes in oak-jackrabbit-api attached as well
as a second patch adding annotations to the implementations. while doing so i
noticed an issue in {{AuthorizableDelegator.getProperty}}, which called
{{sessionDelegate.perform}} instead of {{sessionDelegate.performNullable}}.
would appreciate if you had time to review the patches.
