Since we deprecated the old {{--verbose}} option, operations are not logged
anymore when issuing {{oak-run segment-copy src dest}}. It would be nice to add
some docs on how to set up the logging so that individual transfers (journal,
manifest, gc.log and each archive) are logged again to the console.
