In {{SegmentStoreMigrator}} we already have the option to transfer only the
last revision of the journal, but this is not yet exposed in
{{SegmentCopyCommand}}. It would be nice to make it more flexible and include
also a {{--last}} option as we already have for {{oak-run check}} to specify
the number of entries to transfer.
