Mohit Kataria updated OAK-8788:
-------------------------------
    Description:
We can figure out old index version via naming convention of indexes but we
should also keep a track that new index had already indexed repository and is
available to answer queries.

Adding timestamp,  when index had indexed complete repository can help us in
this regard.

> Add index creation and index completion time to indexes
