It is broken down into multiple commits and provides the following
functionality: -
# SegmentNodeStorePersistence implementation named 'AwsPersistence' which is
backed by S3 and DynamoDB
# Updates to SegmentCopyCommand to support copying between AWS and TarMK
# Updates to CompactCommand to support compaction for AWS
