As discussed a few times on the mailing list there is a desire to move the Oak
codebase from svn to GitHub.

Moving the codebase also involves adjusting various other places and will have
an impact on existing process. This includes:
- Release process
- Documentation
- Jenkins jobs
Many tasks that are needed can be prepared upfront, before the migration is
performed. This issue will serve as an entry point with links to sub-tasks that
are needed to perform the switch.
