I was able to reproduce it once. When I ran the test for the first time on
Windows, a security popup appeared asking me for permission to execute the
redis executable. The test I assume then failed because I was not quick enough
to give the permission. The second build was successful after I gave the
permission.

I'm also wondering, is this something new or does it also fail for your before
the change was made for this issue?
