oak-lucene creates a lot of metrics prepending the index path
These metrics are not very actionable. Creating all these metrics is also not a
best practice in prometheus, which is used as an alerting tool for projects
implementing on top of oak.
We should revisit how metrics get created introducing the concept of labels.
