Oak maintenance branches currently build on Travis CI, which will no longer be
supported by end of 2022.

Oak trunk already moved away from Travis CI to Apache operated Jenkins. The
easiest solution is probably to merge changes from OAK-9486 into Oak
maintenance branches that are still supported (1.22 and 1.8).
