José Andrés Cordero Benítez commented on OAK-9447:
--------------------------------------------------

Hi [~tomaszmichalak]. We are maintaining MongoDB Document Store, but we
postponed this driver upgrade because we had to give priority to other tasks.
We got confirmation from Mongo Support that the Java Driver version 3.12
remains compatible with all new Mongo server versions[1] if we don't use any of
the new functionalities (which we don't for now).

I will retake this issue at some point, and the goal would be to upgrade to the
newest driver available at that point. But there is no urgency to upgrade the
driver for now.
