When getting an exception like

org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.api.CommitFailedException: OakState0002: Conflicting
concurrent change on branch commits [r18bf11dc005-0-4, r18bf585de82-0-4]

it is not immediately visible what happened, which clusterIds are involved, who
was the winning session and who was the loosing session. We should improve this
exception message by adding some more details to make it more user friendly.
