Summary: Add logs for indexing job failure

In order do monitor the success rate of the indexing job (and perhaps of each
phase), we need to log what happened before the process aborts.
Example log format:
{noformat}
Indexing job failed during the download/indexing/import phase.{noformat}
If we have some stats from the previous phases, they can also be appended.
For fast filtering, is should have the ERROR log level.
